eReaf is a program that provides the public the option to file a Reaffirmation Agreement without using a login/password. This system should only be used by Creditor or Attorney filers.

ONLY a reaffirmation agreement shall be filed through this database "eReaf". DO NOT attempt to file a motion through eReaf, instead file the motion through CM/ECF.

IMPORTANT NOTICE OF REDACTION RESPONSIBILITY: All filers must redact: Social Security or taxpayer-identification numbers; dates of birth; names of minor children; and financial account numbers, in compliance with Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9037. This requirement applies to all documents, including attachments.
